GreenProxy (“we”, “us”) operates a reverse proxy and DNS management platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our service as a customer, and when your website's visitors pass through our network on your behalf.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and billing contact details.
• Domain configuration: DNS records, firewall rules, and settings you create for your domains.
• Traffic metadata: for security purposes, we log visitor IP addresses, request paths, user agents, and threat signals for requests passing through your domain. This data is retained for 7–90 days depending on your account's retention setting, then automatically deleted.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your data, or your visitors' data, with third parties for advertising. Traffic metadata is used solely to detect and block malicious requests (bots, scanners, attacks) and to give you visibility into your own security events.

Data retention

Security event logs are deleted automatically after the retention period you configure (7–90 days). DNS audit logs are kept for up to 1 year for account security purposes. Account data is retained until you close your account, after which it is deleted within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us at abuse@greenproxy.cfd for any privacy request.
