Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GreenProxy platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to them.

The service

GreenProxy provides reverse proxy, DNS management, bot protection, and related infrastructure services. The platform is currently in beta: features may change, and we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee an SLA during this period.

Acceptable use

You may not use GreenProxy to proxy, host, or facilitate:

• Illegal content or activity under applicable law
• Phishing, malware distribution, or fraud
• Denial-of-service attacks or other abuse directed at third parties
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

We investigate abuse reports in good faith and may suspend or terminate domains found in violation. See our Abuse Policy for how reports are handled.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your own origin server, keeping your account credentials confidential, and ensuring content you route through GreenProxy complies with these terms. We provide security tooling (firewall, bot protection, origin lockdown guidance) but configuring it correctly is your responsibility.

Service changes and termination

We may suspend a domain or account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time; data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during the beta period, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
